I've put 2 recipes for Danish Ebleskiver in this post. The first is written in Danish and maybe someone can help me out as to who would have written it.
This recipe in English is another that Dagmar cut out of the OPPD magazine and was in her recipe box. We often treated B & B guests to Ebleskiver, along with Danish fruit strips for breakfast. (Need to make these for the kids one of these days!)
