Summer Storms & Potatoes! (and Mayonaise for potato salad)

This photo was apparently from an article in a paper about storm cellars, as it has "Dagmar Lauritzen at the storm cellar (potato storage) in the Lauritzen farmyard near Weeping Water, Nebraska, October 1981" typed on the back.

I'm including a recipe from Dagmar's box for homemade mayonaise. Perfect for your summer potato salad (potatoes are in the cellar!).

I have to include this photo of HC watching the cows in the pasture by the house (I think it's adorable!). Dagmar always enjoyed having the cows close in this pasture, so she could watch them.
