Lots of activity on the farm this week!

Lots happening this week. A large tree had a large part of the tree died and fell close to the fuel tanks and pick up last week, so brought in some tree trimmers with a basket that raised clear up in the air. Also had some local tree trimmers come and trim trees off of the big shed and pole shed. They are still working on those. The photo below is the fellows up in the basket trimming the part of the big tree out

My uncle and aunt from Houston were here this week. HC came for the day Tuesday and the kids joined us for dinner in the evening. HC got to ride on the "little" tractor with grandpa, but seemed to act like it was pretty small after riding in the 2 + 2 last time he was here. He constantly gets my sandals when we are in the house, and tries to get me to put them on, so we can go outside.

It was pretty warm so we took the opportunity to play in the water a bit while watering the flowers!
